We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Customer Engagement Team. This team is the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring that every customer receives the highest level of service, whether inquiring about selling their items or navigating our buying process. We have exciting opportunities in two key areas: Customer Service and Buying.
What is the Assessment Centre?
Our Assessment Centre is an engaging and interactive recruitment process designed to assess your suitability for the Customer Service Advisor and Vintage Buying Agent roles. During this one-day event, you will learn more about our company, participate in various practical exercises, and demonstrate your skills in a supportive environment. This is your opportunity to showcase your abilities while gaining a deep understanding of what it’s like to work at Vintage Cash Cow.

Full time role, working 37.5 hours on a Rota basis.
Roles Available:
Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You'll need to demonstrate empathy, strong communication skills, active listening, and effective problem-solving abilities to ensure a positive customer experience.Vintage Buying Agent
As a Vintage Buying Agent, you will play a key role in buying vintage and antique items from our customers, ensuring a smooth process for every customer. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work for key performance indicators (KPIs), driving both the number of boxes bought and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers in understanding our processes and guide them through their transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests.
Who We’re Looking For:
Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in vintage items is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial.
