About the role:
As a member of the CEC team, your primary mission is to deliver top-notch customer service to our ever-growing customer base. This role is tailor-made for individuals eager to be part of a unique and thriving business. With our continued growth, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our customer experience.
Key goals and objectives:
- Provide exceptional customer service through both inbound and outbound calls
- Address customer queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless service experience
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Contribute to achieving team targets by working collaboratively within the team
- Cultivate an open mindset for continual skill development in a rapidly evolving environment
Key responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, working with automated dialling systems
- Respond to customers' inquiries regarding our services
- Work collectively with the team to meet personal and team KPIs
- Utilise initiative to proactively solve problems and challenges that may arise
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a contact center setting
- Track record of meeting both team and individual targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Strong objection handling skills
- Clear and polite telephone manner
- Effective communication skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate in a team
